Life changes can be devastating for a young person who already has serious struggles and little support. Our case management team focuses on clients who are precariously housed, homeless, or live independently. Staff work daily with young people to build trust, provide guidance, coping skills, arrange appointments, provide basic needs and help youth navigate the often complex systems needed to work toward stability.
