Wyndham House is committed to providing wrap-around supports that empowers individuals to meet their needs and goals – whatever that may look like. We will work alongside you to create individualized plans for housing, education, substance use, and healthcare that are based on your needs and preferences.   • Are you between the ages of 16 and 25?
  • Are you from the Guelph-Wellington region?
  • Are you homeless or at-risk of homelessness?

Are you in an immediate housing crisis?

If you are unable to reach our Rapid Rehousing and Diversion Worker and are in need of immediate housing support, you can go directly to the Youth Emergency Shelter located at 18 Norwich St. E, Guelph, ON. This program is open 24/7.
