Suffolk Care Collaborative
Guelph-Wellington is lacking foster care options for young people who are struggling. Youth are being sent out of our
community away from their schools, friends and families into unsuccessful placements. That’s where the Suffolk Care
Collaborative comes in: a licensed children’s care residence that provides youth safety, stability and a sense of belonging. We need your help to make the Suffolk Care Collaborative feel like home.
Welcome 2 Waterloo
Wyndham House is on track to end chronic youth homelessness in Guelph-Wellington by the end of 2026 with our new
development project Welcome 2 Waterloo, but we need your help. Welcome 2 Waterloo offers 15 beds of supportive
and transitional housing that will bring stability, safety, and a sense of belonging to youth in our community.
